1. Use of the Platform

• You may use PoolScore to track pool matches, stats, and leaderboards.
• Guest users can play matches without registration but cannot accumulate lifetime stats.
• Registered users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

2. User Conduct

• Do not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or disrupt matches or stats.
• Respect other users. Offensive behavior is not tolerated.
• Sharing your account credentials is prohibited.

3. Paid Tiers

Subscriptions are billed in Euro (€). All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Access to premium features may be revoked if payments fail or terms are violated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and software on PoolScore are owned by PoolScore or its partners. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

PoolScore provides services "as is". We are not liable for errors, data loss, or any damages resulting from use of the platform.
